Kautilyan provides AI workflow diagnosis, design, and implementation services for businesses. Website content is for general information. A formal engagement is governed by a separate statement of work or contract signed before paid work begins.

No guarantee from website content alone

Outcome guarantees, refund terms, and delivery timelines described on this site apply only where explicitly agreed in writing for a specific paid engagement. Free assessments and diagnosis sessions do not constitute a binding commercial contract.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and sessions, participate in good faith, and not misuse our tools or intellectual property. You are responsible for decisions made in your organisation based on our recommendations.

Intellectual property

Site content, frameworks, and methodologies remain Kautilyan's property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Written outputs from a paid Stage 0 or later engagement are yours to keep as specified in your contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kautilyan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or free services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
