Kautilyan AI (“Kautilyan”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What data we collect
When you book a diagnosis, download a resource, complete our workflow assessment, or contact us, we may collect:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Phone number (if you provide it)
- Company name and role
- Descriptions of workflows, pain points, or operational context you share in forms or sessions
- Scheduling preferences and assessment responses
How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Facilitate and prepare for your diagnosis session or assessment
- Deliver reports, resources, or follow-up communication you requested
- Improve our services and respond to enquiries
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in secure cloud systems (including Google Workspace and scheduling tools we use to run sessions). We retain contact and session data for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement.
Third-party processors
We use trusted service providers (e.g. Cal.com for scheduling, Google Apps Script/Sheets for form submissions, and email delivery) solely to operate our services. These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing founders@kautilyan.com. We will respond within the timelines required under the DPDP Act.
